Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive additional communication regarding shipment. Orders placed over the weekend, will be processed the next business day.

* Please note: House of Red does not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the receivers expense.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your orders tracking ID.
You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website (FedEx). If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our customer service team.
Terms & Conditions
A signature and proof of identity are required on delivery of all orders, at which point the customer will then be responsible for the goods. Any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of delivery fulfilment and therefore responsibility is transferred from that moment.
If you do not receive your order, and it is returned direct to House of Red, you will be contacted to organise re-shipment. The additional shipping cost to resend the order, will not be covered by House of Red and will require payment. If you do not wish to organise a redelivery of the order, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
*If the package appears damaged or opened upon receiving your order, do not accept or open the package.
*If you do accept the package, notify House of Red customer service team immediately. The packaging must be kept for further verification, and may be requested to resolve any disputes (photographic evidence can be supplied).
*If you do not accept the package, and the order is returned directly to House of Red, you will me contacted to organise reshipment, pending confirmation the order has been quality checked.
Please note: All orders are subject to quality control checks and review, prior to shipment by our packing team. If your order is damaged, or if there is an item missing from your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, quoting your order number.

Clothing and/or accessories should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with the House of Red security tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, but will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to House of Red, but will not be required to cover shipping costs of the new item.
